I would like to thank you for your interest in Knives by Troy Patterson. I have always appreciated good quality knives, and being an avid hunter, I developed a desire to make my own. My father is a knife maker and I learned from him. I make several different styles and types of knives. I make fixed blade knives and folders. Each knife is constructed of the best materials available on the market today, and made entirely by me in my shop. I use a variety of steels, such as stainless, carbon, and Damascus. The handle materials that I use are of Desert Ironwood, Stabilized Woods, Stag, Micarta, Fossilized Ivory and G-10. All fixed blade knives come with a custom fitted, hand-tooled leather sheath,
by Nueces River Leatherworks.
I strive to build the best knife to the best of my ability, and I will guarantee each knife that I make against any defects in my workmanship, except for those caused by obvious abuse and misuse. However, some natural materials are subject to some shrinking and cracking, which is normal.
I accept customer designs, and will work with the customer to build the desired blade. A 20% deposit is required on orders of this nature.
